Final Reflection

Initially, I viewed movement as an external expression—proper posture, clear stage positioning, and “correct” hand gestures. Through contrast exercises between large and small movements, navigating different levels and directions within limited space, and simple daily warm-ups, I began to feel a rhythmic flow emanating from within. I discovered that rapid, large movements often intensified physical tension, while focused slow movements helped me relax, perceive my breath, and maintain stability. When practicing fast combinations, I became more aware that overthinking stiffens the body. By listening to my body, planning movements in advance, and practicing consistently, I improved both the fluidity and accuracy of my actions.
